December 2025 Referral Form

In December 2025, as part of our partnership with the Vegas Golden Knights, US Turf ran a referral program: for every referral who completed a project with us, the referring customer received a $300 check, and the referred customer received two tickets to a VGK game that month.

This program has concluded and is no longer accepting entries. For our current referral offer, visit our Refer a Friend page.

Fill out the form below to claim a $300.00 check per referral you send our way (that completes a project with our company).

Your referral will receive two tickets to a VGK game in the month of December, and you will receive a $300.00 check per referral you send to us, that completes a project with us turf.
