Tickets are given by the Vegas Golden Knights to every customer that pays a deposit (1 set of two tickets, per household with a registered us turf project address). Once a deposit is paid, and tickets are dispersed via email, your deposit is no longer refundable. Tickets have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. If you do not plan on using the tickets, please let us know so we don't send them to your AXS account. Customer must be the homeowner (registered as a homeowner with the Clark County Assessor). Rental homes are exempt from bonus tickets unless the actual customer is the owner of the rental company, or owner of property itself (that is being rented out); in this case, only the homeowner or owner of the company would receive the tickets.
