Warranty

Warranty term:

• 15yr manufacturer’s warranty on all artificial grass installed besides the PET collection – 3yr standard warranty unless otherwise indicated on contract/invoice
• *Warranty repairs do not reset the manufacturer’s warranty term or timeline

What’s covered:

• General defects in the artificial grass within 30 days of installation
• General UV fading/degradation or loss of fiber strength by more than 50% in areas not stained or abused
• If pile height has decreased by more than 50% with properly maintained infill levels
• 2yr Labor warranty on work completed in the scope of work

*Warranty is VOID if the artificial grass is not being properly maintained

Excluded:

• Damage caused by vandalism, abuse or in the event the product was not maintained properly
• Damage caused by raking, vacuuming and blowing
• Damage caused by reflective windows or surface burns from surrounding reflective surfaces or objects
• Damage caused by reflective objects surrounding, inside or outside of a pool and pool equipment/toy area
• Damage caused by acts of “god,” including but not limited to, lightning, heavy rain or winds
• Abuse by adults, children or pets pulling, tearing, lifting or cutting the artificial grass
• Abuse by vehicles being driven on or around the artificial grass area
• Abuse by dragging, pulling or sliding objects across the artificial grass
• Burns caused by fire, hot objects, dropped matches or cigarette butts
• Unauthorized repair techniques by homeowners, other contractors, employees or maintenance staff
• Unauthorized cleaning methods, cleaning materials and methods not approved by us turf
• Excessive wear by footwear, sportswear, sport shoes, cleats, metal cleats and rubber cleats

Lifetime warranty:

• Lifetime warranties are only valid when properly maintaining the artificial grass. We do accept maintenance plans offered by So Fresh Turf Cleaners. Upon agreement, subscription or membership through So Fresh Turf Cleaners, you can forward your information to our office, and we can send you a warranty agreement, validating your lifetime warranty. This lifetime warranty does not grant any VOID or excluded items.

Claims:

• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing - calling does not speed up a submitted claim.

• us turf has 7 days to schedule an on-site visit to record and verify claim
• Once approved, us turf has 30 days to schedule a repair if the claim has been verified (dependent on material availability)
• Upon repair, claim will be closed and returned via email or mail with a completed remark
• Denied or rejected claims will be emailed or mailed back with reasoning
• All claims submitted will be kept on file until the warranty is expired
