At US Turf, we believe a good warranty should be easy to understand — not hidden behind legal language or surprises. Our warranty is designed to protect your investment in artificial grass while clearly explaining coverage, exclusions, and responsibilities from the start.

Our Warranty Philosophy

Artificial grass performs best when it is:

• Properly designed for desert conditions
• Installed correctly
• Maintained reasonably over time

Our warranty reflects that reality. We focus on long-term performance, transparency, and fairness, not unrealistic promises.

Warranty Coverage Overview

US Turf provides a manufacturer-backed warranty on artificial grass installations, along with a labor warranty on completed work.

Standard Coverage Includes:

• 15-year manufacturer’s warranty on most artificial grass products
  (PET Collection products carry a 3-year warranty unless otherwise stated in your contract or invoice)
• Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of installation
• UV fading or fiber degradation greater than 50%, excluding stained, abused, or improperly maintained areas
• Pile height loss exceeding 50%, provided infill has been properly maintained
• 2-year labor warranty on the completed scope of work
• Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period.

Maintenance & Warranty Responsibility

Artificial grass is low maintenance — not maintenance-free.

Reasonable care is required to keep your turf performing as intended. Failure to maintain turf may void warranty coverage.

Maintenance expectations include:

• Occasional rinsing to remove dust and debris
• Brushing in high-traffic areas
• Proper care in pet-use zones

What Is Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

The US Turf warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, environmental factors, or conditions outside of normal turf use.

Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

• Vandalism, abuse, or neglect
• Improper or unauthorized maintenance methods
• Damage caused by raking, vacuuming, or aggressive blowing
• Reflective heat damage from windows, glass, pools, or surrounding objects
• Acts of nature such as lightning, heavy rain, or wind
• Vehicle traffic or dragging heavy objects across turf
• Cuts, punctures, or intentional damage
• Burns from fire, cigarettes, matches, or hot objects
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Excessive wear from cleats or specialty footwear

Heat & Window Reflection Considerations

In desert environments like Las Vegas, window reflection and heat concentration are known environmental factors.

US Turf evaluates these risks during the design process and discusses prevention strategies before installation. However, reflective heat damage caused by external structures or changes after installation is not covered under warranty.

Lifetime Warranty Option (With Approved Maintenance)

A lifetime warranty option may be available when homeowners maintain their turf through an approved professional maintenance plan.

Important Notes:

• Maintenance must be performed by Cleaner Turf or another US Turf–approved provider
• Proof of enrollment is required
• Lifetime coverage does not override standard warranty exclusions

Once approved, homeowners will receive written confirmation of lifetime warranty eligibility.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing.

Claim Process:

1. Written claim submitted with details and photos
2. On-site inspection scheduled within 7 days
3. Approved repairs scheduled within 30 days (material availability dependent)
4. Written confirmation provided upon claim resolution
5. Denied claims returned with explanation

All warranty claims are documented and retained until the warranty period expires.
